He is an International Development Expert with about 25 years’ experience spanning Development/Sustainable/Green Finance, Sustainability, Circularity, Environment-Social-Governance (ESG) Advisory & Framework Integration, Innovations, Strategy, Fundraising for Nonprofit, Youth, Education, Compliance, Intelligence & Investigations.

He is an International Ambassador for the I #TeachSDGs initiative of the United Nations with deliberate focus & passion for #SDGs 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, 12, 13 & 17

Trained as a Banker, Development Finance Professional and an outstanding Superintendent Security Operative with the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) with robust knowledge in the areas of Surveillance, Undercover Operations, Intelligence Gathering, Enforcement/Compliance, Investigation of Money Laundry, Youth Counseling & Rehabilitation viz-a-viz Drug-Abuse on Campuses & Communities.

Academically, he studied Banking & Finance at the undergraduate level (HND & B.Sc) & at the Postgraduate level; M.Sc Finance (Development Finance) and currently a Doctoral Candidate (Ph.D Finance – Development Finance) at the Covenant University.

Professionally, he is a Certified ESG Professional (CESG-PRO ASSOCIATE LEVEL), an Associate, Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), a Certified Professional in Enterprise Management (CPEM) of the Institute for Enterprise Management and Analytics (IEMA), Member, Compliance Institute for Banks & other Financial Institutions in Nigeria, Professional Member of International Society of Sustainability Professionals & NDC Development Finance Professionals & a certificate in Project Management & Business Analysis with Almond Careers based in UK, with Practical Elements of PRINCE 2 and AGILE (SCRUM) Framework and Methodology.

Olayinka is passionate about developing GREEN Initiatives, Products, Innovations & Solutions in the areas of Development/Green/Sustainable Finance, Sustainability, ESG Impact Investing, Circular Economy, Environmental Protection, Sustainable Agricultural Innovations & Enterprises towards Sustainable & Profitable Organizations, as a platform of contributing to the RECOVERY & DEVELOPMENT of AFRICA GREEN ECONOMY & TRANSITION in his research & career vision and to utilize same knowledge/expertise to enhance optimally the operations of organization; as a way of contributing to the vision & competitiveness of institutions to a world-class standard.

He has been responsible to manage from concept, to design, production, forecast, cost, promotion & finally product end of life; by delivering the operating plan: achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit & ROI for all the categories of businesses. He is grounded in strategic/corporate planning and implementation to bridge the identified gaps from the market at large
